Excellent and prompt communication with Khishi who provided free airport pickup/drop off and is a great host in general. Room was clean with toiletries and towels provided. There is a small fridge and water dispenser to have drinking water all the time. The beds might be too firm for some people but I had no issue with it. Bathroom and shower are in a separate place but they are clean and the area is well lit. Breakfast is included and was good and a generous portion. Khishi also helps in setting up tours. Overall, a wonderful experience.
