During my recent trip to Baku, I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the IBIS Baku Hotel, and I must say it exceeded every expectation I had. From the very first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at home. The reception team deserves special recognition. They were incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive to every detail. After a long flight, it was such a delight to be welcomed with friendly smiles and an effortless check-in process. To my surprise and delight, the receptionist informed me that I had been given a complimentary upgrade to a premium room. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for the rest of my stay and reflected the hotel’s dedication to guest satisfaction. The upgraded room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, modern, and spotless. The design was minimalistic yet cozy, with a comfortable bed, a large window offering a stunning view of the city, and all the amenities I could possibly need. It was clear that great care was taken in maintaining cleanliness and comfort. The attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the subtle fragrance in the room, made me feel completely relaxed after a busy day exploring Baku. Equally impressive was the experience at the hotel restaurant and bar. Every morning, breakfast was a delight — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from local Azerbaijani specialties to classic international dishes. The restaurant staff were truly outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always eager to make sure every guest was satisfied. I also visited the bar in the evening, and the atmosphere was just as pleasant — elegant but laid-back, with great music and an excellent selection of drinks. The bartender even recommended a local cocktail that quickly became my favorite! Throughout my stay, I felt a genuine sense of care from everyone working at the hotel.
