Everything... from the start...reception staff were great, especially the Tunisian guy...i forget his name...he welcomed us with a voucher for kids to play in fun city in city center mall ...as a gentle compensation for waiting to receive the apartment...the swimming pool staff were welcoming...handed the complementary towels and bottles of water to the kids each day while entering the pool area...these small detailes distinguish the excellent welcoming spirits hotel from the average ones...so thank you for our lovely stay
