Holiday ❘ Couple We are from Australia. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in January 2026. When we first arrived we met Mr Ho at the reception desk, he was very pleasent and helpful. Later on during our stay we mainly dealt with 3 staff members. Sheila from Housekeeping took care of our room change etc., Prasad & Devi from the reception desk went out of their way to help us in many aspects. We were having trouble booking bus tickets to Melacca, Devi helped us out. Contrary to what people say, there is a lot to do in Ipoh. There are good eating places nearby. PS: Good hot shower.
