Property is at prime location, getting to Calangute beach takes 10-15 mins walking, the entire staff is very polite and always helpful, the property is spread across a huge area, and has all the modern amenities for a perfect relaxing time, the restaurant is top notch

No proactive cleanliness and customer focus. Property had mosquitoes, tables were not cleaned and everytime we had to wait for 5-10minutes and repeatedly ask someone to clean the tables. While i forgot some items, despite calling them and emailing them they are not bothered to send while I was willing to pay for the courier.
