Travel Class
Icelandair provides 3 travel classes.
Saga Premium Flex - Icelandair provides guests with wit premium comfort and flexibility as passengers can cancel or reschedule trips at no added cost. Passengers have access to the lounge prior to boarding and receive complimentary meals onboard.
Saga Premium - Passengers can relax in the comfortable seat with priority check-in, boarding and seat reservation.

Baggage Allowance

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Icelandair Saga Club is the frequent flyer program offers excess luggage allowance, personalized luggage tags and a priority waiting list, passengers can have access to a variety of products and can choose from a host of exciting offers, rewards, and range of selected services such as car rental companies, credit card organization and world-class hotels.

Onboard support
Icelandair provides special assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with wheelchair services during the flight.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Icelandair’s sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
